Dhamian Blue is a partner with the firm. His criminal defense practice focuses on defending people who have been charged with serious felony offenses in North Carolina's state and federal courts. He has represented clients at all critical stages of the criminal process, including during pre-arrest investigations, detention hearings, suppression/evidentiary hearings, bench and jury trials, and appeals. In January 2013, Mr. Blue was named a North Carolina Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine.
Mr. Blue has handled a variety of criminal cases, including drug conspiracies and trafficking, armed robbery, sex crimes, counterfeit currency, mail and wire fraud, and many others. He also has advised individual and corporate clients facing fraud-related white collar prosecutions. Having represented clients in the trial courts and on appeal, Mr. Blue is a proven and seasoned criminal defense attorney. Additionally, Mr. Blue's experience in handling complex commercial litigation has helped him develop a unique skill set that combines legal research and writing, fact development and organization, and oral and trial advocacy.
Mr. Blue graduated from the Duke University School of Law in 2003. He received his bachelors degree from Duke University in 2000, majoring in both Public Policy Studies and Economics. He began his legal career as an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group of Dickstein Shapiro LLP in Washington, D.C. In 2007, Mr. Blue moved back to Raleigh, North Carolina, where he has practiced since.

Jenna Blue is of Counsel to the Firm. She graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2007, and joined the firm in 2010.
Ms. Blue represents clients on appeal before the Fourth Circuit. She has written several appellate briefs, and also has had an oral argument there. Ms. Blue also represents clients facing felony charges in state court. Prior to joining Blue Law, Ms. Blue worked as an Assistant Public Defender in the Wake County Office of the Public Defender. During her time there, she handled a broad range of criminal matters in both District and Superior Court, and obtained considerable bench and jury trial experience.
